Bolehill is located just east of the B5036 between Wirksworth and Cromford.

The village streets are narrow and parking can be difficult, especially since the event coincides with the Bolehill Art Trail, part of the Wirksworth Festival. You are advised to park in the signposted Festival car parks. Some walking is involved and the hills are quite steep.
BUS: at Steeple Grange (B5036): Mondays to Saturdays: 2 per hour from Matlock and Cromford; hourly from Bakewell, Belper and Derby. Sundays: every 2 hours from Matlock, Cromford and Belper, with connections for Derby at Belper.
