How to get there

Old Tupton is located about 5km south of Chesterfield on the A61 Chesterfield to Alfreton Road.

CAR: use S42 6LA for satnav
You may park in the Royal Oak car park for the purpose of viewing the Well Dressing there, but please ask permission if you plan a longer stay.

BUS: Mondays to Saturdays: frequent services to Chesterfield and Danesmoor, 3 per hour to Alfreton, hourly to Derby and Nottingham, 3 or 4 per day to Matlock. Sundays: hourly to Chesterfield and Danesmoor, every 2 hours to Alfreton, Derby and Nottingham.
