Chadkirk is located at the far end of Vale Road, off Otterspool Road (the A627 Romiley to Hazel Grove road), a few km to the east of Stockport.

Take Vale Road (signposted Chadkirk Chapel) from the east side of the A627 Otterspool Road. There is a car park for the country park near the junction, but during the Well Dressing weekend a special car park is provided in a field further along the lane. The lane is narrow and can be busy, but the event is well marshalled.
BUS: nearest bus stop is at Romiley Station (about 0.8km via Church Lane, Chadkirk Road and Vale Road). Daily: two circular services operating in opposite directions, each every 20-30 minutes, serving Stockport, Marple and Bredbury.
TRAIN: at Romiley station (see bus details above): Mondays to Saturdays: about 3 services every hour from Manchester; hourly from Sheffield. Sundays: every 2 hours from Manchester and Sheffield.
CYCLE: traffic-free National Cycle Network route 55 passes through Chadkirk Park.
